How to Handle Conflict

Look, everybody has those people: ones who lie or are just plain annoying. But how do you handle different types of conflict? I'll show you how! **Disclaimer - This does not apply to family members... you actually love them! Oh and there are no relationship conflicts in here; can you tell I'm single?

OFFENSE:

If a girl....

1. Talks behind your back.

This can get frustrating, especially because you feel like you have to watch your back. Don't let her yap-pity words dictate your actions! Ignore up until it really starts to bother you, and then confront her in the least aggressive way possible. She should know a. that you know and b. she needs to stop. She will probably be either defensive or embarrassed, but she should blush! Girl needs to keep quiet! Make sure you don't make it sound like an attack or it will probably lead to a fight, which is just stressful. But if after you speak and she continues, you're gonna have to get into it.

2. Talks shit to your face.

Hey at least she has more balls than the last one. But that means she's just more of a b*tch. If she's going to make herself look like a fool and yell and you like a psycho, do the exact opposite. Stay as calm as you can manage, and just observe how pathetic she looks with her brow furrowed. It's actually pretty funny! You can take the high road and walk away, or keep the dialogue up. But remember, the one who cares the least has the most control.

3. Tries to steal your guy.

Hands off! Don't let her wiggle her way between the two of you. Assert your ground and don't go soft here because she's looking for a place to jump in. If your guy's as great as you think he is, he will stick by your side. But if it's early in the relationship, don't let the two of them be alone together, especially in a janitor's closet.

4. Just doesn't seem to like you.

Give her the benefit of the doubt: maybe that's just her personality. But once you realize that it's not her personality or her frigidness keeps bothering you, then just don't bother anymore. Be impartial and try to spend less time with her. No insults, no foul play, just stop considering her someone you want to spend your time with. Sometimes personalities just aren't compatible. Besides, it's her loss.

It's Raining Men

The end of the world is coming and you have yet to complete the most important aspect on your bucket list: you haven't met any of your celebrity crushes. Which would you choose? I compiled a list of my ten favorite Hollywood men.

1. Paul Walker

Age 38

Height 6'1"

For so many reasons. First off, his piercing blue eyes are to die for. He manages to have the perfect facial structure, which is both masculine and striking. I first fell for him after watching "Into the Blue" and continued to pine after him once I saw his bad boy ways in "The Fast and the Furious" and classic look in "Pleasantville". I guarantee one 100-watt smile from Mr. Walker and you'll fall under his spell, too.

2. Ryan Gosling

Age 31

Height 6'1"

Mr. Beautiful himself. Not only is Gosling a phenomenal actor (I've seen every one of his movies) he has more charm in one finger than most people do in their whole bodies. What I like most is that he doesn't have the conventional pretty boy looks. He has a unique look with a sexy bad boy voice and a devilish smirk that could set fire to a forest. In real life, he is romantic and never says a bad word about any of his exes. He first impressed the world in "Remember the Titans" and Nicholas Spark's "The Notebook" and continued to wow in blockbusters such as "Crazy, Stupid, Love" and "Drive". His bruiting silences are beyond electric. He is my number 1 celebrity to meet in life.

3. Channing Tatum

Age 32

Height 6'1"

Tatum can do no wrong. He started off as a stripper, moved to male model, and then realized he wanted more of a challenge. Let me just say we are all thankful he decided that was acting! He is the epitome of a manly-man with moves like Jagger and extra swagger (who loves his hoodie.) One of my favorite things about him is that he seems like a real person, someone with a personality and great sense of humor. Nobody has ever made a buzz-cut look so sexy!

4. Sean Faris

Age 30

Height 6'0"

He first burst into the scene in the preteen movie Sleepover and then again in a more mature role for Never Back Down with a young Amber Heard. He flexed his muscles and fought his way into our heart. Faris isn't as main stream as many of the other actors on this list, but that is one of the main reasons we love him. Overexposure can be overrated! Faris also looks a lot like Cristiano Ronaldo who is an international soccer beauty. He has the looks of an Abercrombie model (which of course he was at one point) and the smirk of a heartthrob.

5. Zayn Malik

Height 5'9"

Age 19

I know I know, putting a member of One Direction is so cliche. But this boy band performed at the Olympics, so they are a little more legitimized. Zayn is the bad boy of the group, one with ear piercings and tattoos that I admittedly adore. He's got a great smile, quiet persona, and a mysterious air that all the Directioners would die to intimately know.
